Art sale in support of those affected by Ebola – 10th December

During the ROI annual exhibition Tim Benson will be holding a sale of artwork at the Mall Galleries on Thursday December 10th from 5-8pm in support of those affected by the recent Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone. The show will include works by both amateur and professional artists. All work will be for sale. This is an opportunity to buy great artwork and to change lives. All proceeds will be donated to Ebola survivors and the frontline healthcare workers who risked their lives treating them. Nearly all of the people who Tim met on his trip to Sierra Leone last month are encountering stigmatisation within their communities due to their exposure to Ebola, many of them have lost their jobs and been rejected by their families and friends. Funds raised will help these astonishingly brave people to survive until social stigma subsides and they can reintegrate into their communities. Tim and the ROI would be delighted to see you there.
