We had the ROI Friends picnic day on Saturday which was hosted by ROI members John Walsom and Max White. Blessed with some fine weather we all met at Victoria Embankment Gardens in the morning and painted for a while before enjoying a picnic lunch on the grass. Some more painting followed in the afternoon, and after an entertaining appreciation of all the works by ROI president Adebanji, a trip to the Ship and Shovell pub rounded off the day very nicely! ROI members who also joined in included Roger Ferrin, Linda Alexander and Stewart Beckett.
