New exhibition – Peter Wileman FROI and Lucy Mckie ROI

’Counterpoint’ is a two person exhibition of contrast and beauty by Peter Wileman FROI RSMA FRSA and Lucy McKie ROI. Friends and both distinguished members of the Royal Insitute of Oil Painters, their work has very little else in common, yet they are strangely complementary!

As two of the Lime Tree Gallery’s most collected artists, they have often seen their work hanging side by side on their art fair stands. The gallery were delighted when they accepted and came up with the very apposite title ‘Counterpoint’.

Hopefully there is a chance that you will be able to visit in person, but even if we are still subject to lockdown, the on-line exhibition will be a true reflection of the delightful contrast between Peter’s powerful semi-abstract landscapes and Lucy’s beautiful still-life paintings.

March 20th, Lime Tree Gallery, Bristol and online from March 6th on the Lime Tree Gallery website.
